The Digital Bits is pleased to welcome Mark A. Altman to our team. In addition to being a former journalist and film critic, Altman also founded Geek Monthly magazine, and has been the publisher of CFQ and Femme Fatales. More recently, he has been a writer/producer in Hollywood, whose films and TV shows include the award winning cult classic Free Enterprise, Dimension Films' DOA: Dead or Alive, ABC's Castle. He's also the co-writer of the recently released comic book, The Unknowns. We're delighted to welcome his new monthly column, MOS DEF, to The Bits. Like all of us here, Mark's a lifelong home entertainment aficionado whose collection has included everything from vinyl to 8-Tracks to laserdiscs, DVD and now Blu-ray Discs. (Free Enterprise may be the first, and possibly last, movie to ever feature characters purchasing laserdiscs!) MOS DEF will feature Marks thoughts on these subjects and more. So just select from the list of his available installments below, and enjoy!
